[Suggestion] Suggested Servers

Have an option to allow official server recommendation when a user boots up a game. So I boot up a new game, X, and the official discord server gets recommended to me in the overlay if the feature is turned on so I have a convenient way to quickly join the community if I want.

If anyone would want to extend it, maybe multiple servers could be suggested if a community is divided or separated into sub-communities. How they would get selected I don't know. For now, perhaps just recommending the official server would be all thats needed!

Edit: If you're already in the suggested server, skip the whole thing and don't recommend it.
