Proxy settings for discord

Proxy settings are required for discord in all platforms (Android, iOS, Linux, Mac)

It is necessary for discord as a wide used communication app to foresee that some countries might have censorship issues. So its best to provide proxy settings.

  This is the very thing that ban evaders are using and to require it makes ban evading a more common accordance.

  I never use proxy, but we use discord for voice channels. and my friends living in the middle east and other countries are lagging in the games because of the proxy settings running in all apps.
  
  I think it would help if discord has a setting for different countries servers.

  It is a good idea to add proxy settings to Discord desktop like Spotify.
  For example in UAE, voice connections are banned and this feature can help us to proxy all of the connections to SOCKS5 proxy.
