Easy Solution to the Bad-Bot Problem

I think this would go in Account and Server Mgmt, but I'm not sure, so feel free to move it to another Topic.

 

This is a multi-step process:

1. Add an option to disallow non-friends to message you, default it to such
2. Allow large servers to default its "Allow DMs from server members" to off
3. Add a permission to initiate a DM with other people in a server (doesn't bypass members who don't allow DMs, but instead adds another layer of protection); for servers with user verification methods such as one I moderate, this would be super helpful
4. Add a permission to see server members and post (in one permission)

  Also, accounts with the "Bot" tag must be able to bypass the DM settings.
