Custom user emoji's

I believe that giving users the ability to have their own 1-3 custom emotes they can use in every server that they made would be a good idea, You wouldn't need a server to do this and the number of custom emotes you can make would be greater if you had nitro.

  I also agree with this, discord should add this so we can at least feel special or something that we have custom emotes.
