[Suggestion] Role Based @here Ping.

We are limited to either pinging everyone online at the current moment, or everyone in a certain role even if they aren’t online. Sometimes you only want to ping members of one role and only those that are online. How this may work is for the role “Test” it could be @here-Test or @here(Test).

  I was thinking this could be an option in the role settings
  Like "only ping online members" or something.

  So if you turn that option on for the role "Test", whenever you mention that role, it pings online members.
