Have local mutes cancel each day

Turn off local mute or atleast cancel it each day.  I am an admin of a large group and have been locally muted when we use game chat.  (I have selfmute bound and use it but it still happens with newbies) but to have ppl do it raises my blood pressure.  To have the feature to cancel local mute all together on a server, like forcing push to talk would be easy.   Thanks.  Keith
