Setting voice output to 200% also increases notification volume

It has been this way for so long that I'm not sure if it is intentional, but some of my friend's mics are so quiet that I have to set them to 200% and the general voice receive volume to 200%. This is annoying because the voice receive volume also increases the volume of all of Discord's system sounds, blowing my eardrums out when I get a notification. Could these sliders be separated please? If I wanted to increase Discord as a whole's volume, I'd use Volume Mixer.

On Volume Mixer - I've tried separating the things, but my computer doesn't save it so I have to halve the main Discord volume every time I do it.
