Lock Server Icon Positions

Something that happens at least once a day is I accidentally grab a server icon while trying to select it and move it to another position or it creates a folder. Having a little button that makes it so server icons are locked into their position would be immensely helpful in preventing this.

  Bumping this up once more, this NEEDS to be a thing, especially when you have a lot of servers!
