Nitro more boosts

Add the ability for everyone to boost a server once a month instead of just ONE boost. Paying everymonth and advertise ability to boost a server but limiting it to a one time boost isnt worth paying $10usd a month. Should allow once a month to boost.

    That decreases profit of discord, making it can't develop and at last collapses
    Instead adding one nitro boost to basic (and original one)
    Most of the people don't buy nitro because
    It is expensive
    But they don't buy basic also because
    There are no server boosts
    Add one server boost to nitro basic so that potential clients can be attracted and profit of discord can be increased as well as we feel happier
