We should be able to see if someone has read our messages (In DMs and group chats) or not, so that we know if they have seen it and so that people like me don't get annoyed when they don't respond. Instagram already has this feature, so should discord.

  But you would still be able to answer whenever you want, it would still allow people to ghost others but like if you had to tell someone something important, you would be able to know that the person saw what you said and that you don't have to spam them to see if they saw.

  I would like that. I feel like most of the people I talk to ignore me, and it'd be nice to know if they actually saw it and I'm not just assuming.
