one new function for groups and one new function for servers

hi, I would like to suggest you some new functions to insert.
1) for groups, allow to adjust user volume and user streaming separately
2) on the servers, allow you to make a call from a voice room to all members of the server or to certain members of the server by selecting them from a drop-down menu (call type for groups, but in the server)
