Audit logs should show who's messing around with my role order

Everytime I check roles, I find out that someone has messed around with the roles and moving them all over the place. It's extremely annoying but I can't find out who did it so I can demote them and I have to fix the role order again and again. Audit Logs should show who is moving roles.
