Better support for input devices without scroll (ie, digital art tablets for example)

most of discord works pretty well without needing to change my drawing tablet pen buttons, but scrolling remains an issue, especially the side bar with all the servers which doesn't have a scrollbar. I need all the three buttons on my pen the way i have it (right click, toggle keyboard and left click), I could change the toggle keyboard to a pan button, but without being able to type..... well... 

A scrollbar could be added to the server list, but there is barely any space for that. alternatively a small button at the top and bottom of the list that scrolls the list when hoovering over it for an extended period of time would probably be better suited.

Using digital drawing tablets to navigate a pc is pretty neat and comfortable if you can set it up right, and for now discord is the only major app i use where it doesn't quite work nicely (yet).
