Friend banned me over and over as a joke and now I can't join server.

So my friend and I were messing about, and he banned me from his server multiple times. after I wanna say the 3rd or 4th ban, I wasn't able to join the server again. He screenshot showing me that his ban list was empty, but no matter what he did I was unable to join the server again. He tried to change the link, he tried having someone else send me the link, NOTHING worked. How can we get it to allow me back in the server? All the links say 'invalid link'. Help pls!
