Allow users to override the @ON/@OFF toggle for replies to them

The purpose of turning off pinging when replying to someone is so you can reply to someone without having to worry about bothering them with a notification. However, I always want to receive a notification when someone replies to me directly, and I'm sure there are other users as well who would prefer this. So I think there should be an option you can set in the notification settings, something like:

Notify me when someone replies to my post:

  • Always
  • Never
  • Let the sender decide
