Selecting "Got it" and "No thanks" aren't saved when logging out.

It is frustrating to click a message away, only to have it reappear after each login.

It is more frustrating when it is called -WORKING AS INTENDED-

"No thanks", as in NO! , as in I said no now stop pestering me about it every time.

No means no.
