feedback on the new threads feature.

i like the new feature's that discord is interducing, but this one is kinda "insecure".

i have been in multiple 1k+ servers, and seeing this feature activated. i have tested it in my private server with multiple accounts.

1st flaw, unlimited thread generation in a channel.

in a excample of raids, people could spam with bots the messages and create threads with the names "haha get noobed" or smthn like that. personally, why do you need to raid, but thats a other story-

2nd flaw, no rate limits on how many threads a account could open.

also in excample from raids, this could help prevent raiding from one account. you would need to make multiple accounts to raid a server, but if you wanted to you could still raid.

3rd flaw, not being able, to set who can change the inactivity status and name.

only the user, creating the thread should be able to set the name once. and in terms of the inactivity status to deletion, you should be able to switch that off for a user not to send a message every hour, to keep the channel alive. (i know that a admin could delete/archive this, but however if all mods/admins are offline...)
