Feedback on threads (user interface change)

Not going to say anything about threads themselves since they won't be an issue in my smedium server (small lie, would have liked an option to fully disable or opt-in).
Main feedback is that the threads button has taken the search's old spot at least on mobile, which is very very needless considering that most channels will never have threads. This may be just to make the new Threads feature more prominent for less active discord users, but please put search back where it was and stick Threads in the members side panel. Also, on iOS the threads icon does not show the number of threads like it does more conveniently on Android.

Feedback on the admin side of things, the settings related to threads are worded very badly and makes it seem likeeverything is tied to the Send Messages perm.
