Membership screening: Ability to require existing users to agree to rule changes.

I just set up membership screening on my discord of over 250 members and while we have server rules none of them had to click an "I agree" to them. Also if I were to change the rules I would like for people to have to agree again to continue accessing and participating in the server.

Not only would this allow me to make sure that all of the users active in my discord are aware of the rules (or have at least mindlessly agreed to them) but it would give a way of alerting people of rule changes that doesn't require them to get a ping notification.
