Really hard (almost feel rejected by a puppy) to see what channel you are in

Hi there, I just spent a few weeks actively using Discord and really love it.
I do however have a major/crucial/life & death issue:

I find quite difficult to find quickly what channel I´m in. Please see attached image. As designer with some past UI/UX experience, I think some more contrast is needed to clearly show where (in what channel) you are.
