does anyone know what are these new accounts joining servers?

i have noticed each time i make a server (or even on big community servers) i notice new accounts are joining and their account have been made like a few hours ago.

can anyone tell me who make these bots or what is the point of these new accounts?
because they don't seem to do anything in the server...i mean they join, do nothing and become offline forever...

• (because in general the point to make new accounts is either to bypass a ban or to raid a server right? well they don't seem to join for raiding so that's weird)

did anyone noticed these "bots"?

  and they obviously have nothing on their profile
