a guy is trying to make me perma banned

first of all: my english is not the best my apologies.

well:
a month ago i sended a ip logger to a friend to scare him a little bit (i deleted all his information after that of course) and i said sorry to him and he forgived me.

and now another guy is reporting my discord account after that.

what i should do?
there is a chance to get banned for that?

  You sent malware to another user on Discord, and thought a good course of action would be to post about it on their support portal?
