Mod application apears as a contribution

My idea is that when you submit the mod aplication you do this logged on in the Discord website. Onces it is sended it should appear as an open contribution or you can create a new one. Onces it is finished there is an aproved or rejected on the status like in the requests. This way people can know if it has been read or not since (at least i have found) if you get rejected there is no message or something. There would be no need to have a chat or so.
