Copy Image then CTRL-C results in 2x image

If I right click an image on a random website and choose Copy Image, then go to my private chat with a discord friend to paste it (By pressing CTRL-V) and send it, the chat always tries to send 2 of the same image in 1 singular chat. Resulting in me having to click X on one of them, before hitting Enter.
This also happens if I right click the chat and choose Paste.
It does not happen if it is a link to the image instead of the image itself.

EDIT:

This does not happen for a friend of mine though.

We both Mozilla when fetching image. same situation if using chrome to get the image.
He has a logitech keyboard, I have a razer.
My keyboard does not try to double-send anything else anywhere, this event only happens in discord pc app (Both in text channels and private chat) and only when sending copied images not copied text.
