no video controls while in overlay

when watching a video (thusfar just youtube videos) while having the discord overlay open(shift+tilde) , theres no video control option. cannot pause, play, seek, etc while in the overlay. if you press play, you are forced to have the whole video play out even if you exit the discord overlay
