Add a "Clear Channel" Button

Hello Dear Discord!

When you like to clear all the Messages in a channel,

You are required to Clone the Channel, Delete the Channel
so you can re-order the channel later back in the original Position.

That's why I was thinking a "Clear Channel" button (of course it should come with a "clear channels" Permission in role settings). This would be really helpful and click saving for users and community managers in general.

  Use like a nuke bot or a bot with clear.
