Improvements to the Active Threads header/window

Often times in my server, some channels have newly created threads that get missed because the channel activity is so high, and the channel indication doesn't show when there is a new public thread you've not joined, only that threads exist. This results in my users posting stuff all over the place simply because they don't know a thread was created to contain it.

Simply adding an indicator on the "Active Threads" heading showing that there is a new thread you've not joined would be immensely helpful.

Additionally, it would be nice if when clicking on the Active Threads header, that in the resulting window it was somehow divided up into threads you have and haven't joined.
