Add a GIF Permission for Roles/Channels

From what I know, there are permissions for allowing or preventing roles from sending emojis (ext. and int.), images, attachments, reactions, and stickers. However, I don't believe there is one specifically for gifs. Can this permission be added to server roles and channels?
