Account Disabled. No responses from Trust and Safety Team.
My account was disabled over 72 hours ago and I've submitted multiple tickets. I haven't gotten a single response yet. At first, the tickets I sent were to the wrong category (general support), however, my friend made a similar mistake in helping me out and he got a response 4 minutes after he had sent that (also 5 hours after I first sent mine). He was able to get information where and what exatly I should make the ticket. Next, I made the proper submissions and was able to properly sent the right support ticket. Yesterday, my other friend's account was also disabled and he got proper support in less than 5 hours. (although his was correct on the first try, it was 18 hours after my first proper ticket). What's crazy is that friend #1 and I made the same ticket, however, he actually got support and even replies (which I didn't get, this was just a ticket made to the regular support team who let us know where to make the actual ticket). Furthermore, friend #2 had the same situation as me and he got support before I did (trust and safety). I still haven't gotten zero responses from anyone. My violation was probably not severe, I've just been really enjoying discord the last few weeks and I did make a lot of dms, thus I probably triggered an anti-spam function since I did get a warning on that before. I'd love to get access to my account and at least add some of my friends back that's all. I'm fine if it gets deleted after a certain amount of time. But, this is kind of baffling that I'm not getting any responses. (I theorize that it may depend on the account age since my two friends' accounts were over 6 years old and mine is only made a couple months ago, but I could just be grasping for straws.)

They just responded to me after 4 days. I believe they'll respond to you, the support team can be really slow though.

Ah, I see thank you. I'm approaching over 72 hours on the ticket... Hopefully in 1 or 2 days I'll get some sort of response.

Jiggly did they tell you why? Did you become undisabled? My account is disabled for no resson

I believe I got banned on April 2, and it is now April 13. I have sent numerous emails, yet I've only gotten one in response that was practically a "buzz off". I likely triggered an anti-spam filter as well, given that I am a fast typer and I use test servers for storing photos, art, writing, and videos in bulk. This is absolutely ridiculous. I hope we all get a reply back soon, but at this rate, I'd say it's somewhat unlikely. : /
