Suggestion/major complaint

I got caught in a tos bad server without knowing you need some filter to go through before it can be made public especially illegal ones without knowing which happened to me I put full blame on discord itself you should be in trouble not me also a better customer service cause I  need to talk to a real person to get this corrected since wasn't my fault for not knowing nobody can talk to a real person what kind of actual support is that?!
