Mobile does not show 'copy message link' if dev mode is disabled

Edit: Turns out this is only an Android app problem. We confirmed the "Copy Message Link" option shows up on the iOS menu whether dev mode is enabled or not.

My friends and I discovered that if you have "Developer Mode" disabled in the settings, then on the android mobile app you can't see the option to "Share" a message to get the message link.

This seems weird because on the desktop app (and apparently iOS) if Developer Mode is disabled you still have the option to "Copy Message Link" for any message.

The android mobile version option to copy the message link shouldn't be hidden behind the Developer Mode toggle.
