Private Forums

With the addition of forums, which are awesome btw, I wish there was a way to create a "private" forum where users can create and read their own posts, but not read posts created by other people.

So the addition of a "view posts" permission could be very useful.

I want this to be able to have a modmail-like system where members can have a secure chat with moderators when there is an issue with another member or the server. 
Something like this would be possible to do with Discord bots, but I want to have it provided by Discord so that I feel it's 100% secure and logs aren't being sent to some random server.

  Can be done by discord bots...
  So discord won't care
  All such companies are maximizing profits
