Need help

Okie so discord is being absolutely no help, my account has a email on it that I dont/never had I don't know how it happened but it I can't remember my password so I can't change it but I can't change my password since I can't get the email and now I can't talk to any of my friends because of this stupid verification thing. Please I need help and don't know what else to do
