Yes, I agree, or blacklist specific users from boosting. (E.g you have certain permissions on the role that you don't want x member to inherit because of an infraction)

This absolutely, except the join server event isn't triggered until they've accepted the rules, and if they haven't they're not allowed in.

Yeah, being able to mark a channel as important would be a nice addition!

Seems like a good idea, though that concept picture seems to be nonexistent now. I can't really visualize how they'd implement it.

And to add to that, be able to distinguish certain permissions/moderators with that icon would be nice.

That would help me a lot. Especially with the addition of Teams, this seems like a good way to proceed.
