Very good idea, but it be better if you can choose to ignore the confirmation box by default

Discord already did that but removed it, don't know why but they aren't gonna do it anymore

I think there is already that with servers that have the dev licence or are partners/verified (announcement channels)

I think Discord wouldn't do this because they are trying to have the same UI for iOS and Android, I think making an option to turn off it is against the change

Discord wouldn't do this yet i think, because it will cause them to review their manner of storaging datas and will increase the size of all datas stored in the guilds

Discord is already blocking from spamming, if you try to spam in a channel, the desktop client will warn you that your typing too fast. But the API isn't blocking ^^"

I don't think this is a good idea as HSE are rewarded by their Discord Hype Pack of goodies ^^
