iDEAL doesn't work

Hello! everytime i try to get nitro with the coupon from xbox gamepass i want to use iDEAL because its the only method i can use. but everytime i try i get the message 'paying with unkown' and a notification underneath saying: Unfortunately this paying payment source in not available for purchases. what do i need to do?

    The same issue i have also been facing from last week. it's really disgusting.

    I've got the same problem, tried to message their support but they haven't written back (with human support) for a day, kinda sucks since the last day you can redeem the code is by the 26th..
