Ownership Transfer Requirements

Why does a server have to have at least 100 members to even transfer ownership? That's extremely dumb af. The server I have co owner in has 44 members and our discord owner got banned due to mass reports over false bs so now no one has ownership, I tried to send in a request to transfer it but no you need at least 100 members to do that.

I get we can just make a new server, but then we lose all of our history we built up over almost 3 years, I get some people don't care about that stuff but we do and making it a requirement to have at least 100 members is dumb. The requirement should be lowered to at least 50 members to make it fair, not every server is gonna have a ton of members, some servers are just small friend groups.

    If the creator was banned. The server cannot be transferred even if it meets the requirements.
