recently I wanted to go to a new discord group that needs phone number verification and saw that I recently linked the phone number to a new account when I went to it I needed verification to check for a robot, I entered everything and when I entered the code it was written that the phone number was not on this account and I decided to go by phone number but when I entered the password, it said that it was not correct (so the account is most likely not mine), I clicked reset password, but it was written that the account was disabled help me, I'm worried about the phone number I really need it
