Explicit Content Filter - Mark content as NSFW, etc.

One of the most annoying things is when I want to send a picture to a group chat, and Discord things it contains "explicit content" even though in 50% of cases it doesn't, and whatever I tried to send gets blocked.

My suggestion is, instead of blocking that message, why not mark whatever content was sent as NSFW/explicit (image would be blurred like it is when marked as spoiler, but with an "EXPLICIT" text plastered over it or something). 

And if you want to take it a step further, don't let underage people on Discord (those who set their birthday <18) open explicit content images.

This would, in my opinion, be much better than blocking the whole message from being sent, especially when the filter system fails so often.
