Annotate during video calls with shared screen

Dear team, I really appreciate using discord, especially when I want to share knowledge via screen sharing. My main suggestion is to create an "annotate" option for video calls that will allow the attendees to annotate (draw different shapes, write text, etc.) on the shared screen. Is that possible ?
