Make Voice Channel Text Chat More Noticable!

I can't tell you how many times people have said "oh theres a chat here? i didnt notice".

I constantly have to ping people to get them to go to the stream chat.

People frequently watch the stream, then comment on the stream in other channels because they have no idea there's a chat.

Yes having a built in channel for streams was desperately needed so we dont have to keep creating a second channel right under it, but if no one knows its there you didn't actually solve anything and we still need a separate channel.

I don't know what the proper solution would be. Consult your UI designers (though maybe a different one than whoever thought hiding it under a single little chat icon would be a good idea).
