Discord support not responding after server ownership transfer

A while ago, I lost access to my discord account and email, it's a long story. I emailed discord about this, and after a couple responses, I found out that I could transfer ownership of my discord server to my new account. I've double checked, I've met all the criteria for it (admin perms in server, old account hasn't been active for a month), and sent an email with some info they asked me for. Discord support replied, saying that they will begin the ownership transfer process, and after 7 days, if all the criteria is met, they would transfer the ownership to my account. It has been 10 days, and nothing has happened yet. I know that 3 extra days is a pretty short time, but they said they would give me server ownership if the criteria was met in 7 days. After 7 days, nothing happened. I sent another reply, asking if there was any updates on this situation, but nobody responded. I know it takes a while for discord to respond, but it has been 3 days and discord has not responded, which is weird, since they have responded to every other reply I've sent in the span of a few hours. I'm a bit concerned about this, because they said I would gain ownership after 7 days. Did I do anything wrong? Is discord support on winter break or anything?

    Discord "support" is notoriously corrupt and absolutely useless. Unless you are an important figure to them, they do not give a single shit about you or your issues. They play favorites and double standards all the time.
