Admins see deleted messages

When a message is deleted, a server can opt to keep the message there, but it's only visible to those with admin privileges. And a server can choose to not keep deleted messages. If a if an admin wants to permanently delete a message or a message that's deleted broke discord's TOS, then they won't be visible to anyone.

    And, so it's not confusing, the messages that are deleted are greyed out.
    (And may be able to be restored)

    Group admins have about 2 days after someone else sends a message to request to Delete for Everyone. Group participants will be able to see which admin chose to Delete for Everyone. Messages deleted by a group admin are not recoverable and cannot be appealed. MyCFAVisit
