my account has been disabled unjustly

hello, i've been disabled for "gore" when i dont remember sending gore and it happened at 7:30 PM GMT +0 and i gone to bed at 7 PM GMT+0. can somebody help me or am i doomed for good? (my tag is blur?#5773)
