INCREASED CHARACTER LIMIT (in bio)

For nitro users, the character limit in their "About Me" can be increased from just 190.

This will also benefit the nitro users in utilizing the custom emojis in their bios.

    Why just for Nitro users? We already can't even use hyper-links without taking a majority of space. 
    Wait now - how about not having formatting count with the character limit? For example, bolding your text won't affect the limit.
