Discord Emoji integration into MacBook Pro's Touchbar

The title pretty much sums it up, but to be more precise:

The MacBook Pro Touch Bar has support for standard emojis to paste into a chat, but if that'd be possible, the idea is to integrate the Emojis from available servers (Either the Emojis from the server I'm currently typing on or when owning nitro showing any Emojis/Stickers I can use)
