My account was hacked | Мой аккаунт взломали

I mistakenly transferred the data from my account into the hands of scammers, and now I can not log into my account. They changed their password and email. I've been writing to support since Feb 12th and all they told me was "we've escalated your problem to the helpdesk". That's all they wrote to me. When I create a new request they just silently close it. For all this time, nothing has been done to my account. Who had the same problem, did you solve it? And is there any point in waiting for help from support?

Я по ошибке передал данные от своего аккаунта в руки мошенников (да я сам виноват в этом), и теперь не могу войти в свой аккаунт. Они сменили пароль и электронную почту.  Пишу в поддержку с 12 февраля и все что они мне сказали: "мы передали вашу проблему в службу доверия". Это все что они мне написали. Когда я создаю новый запрос, они его просто молча закрывают. За все это время они ничего не сделали с моим аккаунтом. У кого была такая же проблема, вам ее решили? И есть ли смысл вообще ждать помощи от поддержки?
