Add a silence call option on groups

Hello, 

Can you add a silence call option on the groups ?

  If you want to start a silent call without ringing anyone, hold shift and hit the call button.
  That will start the call but not calling anyone. You can then rightclick individual people in the group and hit "Ring" to add them to the call
