Automatic reply ping toggle based on user

We should have an option to choose which users are pinged or not pinged when replying to them automatically

It would be done by simply right clicking the users name and setting a simple toggle to ping or not to ping them when replying to their message. Many users dont want to be pinged when being replied to but some do and it can get confusing trying to remember who likes and doesnt like to be pinged when being replied to. While there is already a feature to toggle the ping when replying to someone this feature would work to make that process easier and quicker instead of always clicking the ping icon when replying to someone.

    You can hold shift when replying to someone to have it toggle off.

    But I completely agree. The toggle is nice, but I am tired of having to click it off.

    IT SHOULD BE OFF BY DEFAULT. IF I WANT TO PING SOMEONE I WILL TOGGLE IT ON. 99% OF THE TIME I DON'T WANT TO PING ANYONE.
