Editing Onboarding Questions After Losing a Boost Level

Trying to edit and save Onboarding Questions, result in the error;

I believe this is due to the server losing a boost level and some of our older answer using no longer available emojis. 
I shouldn't have to edit every old answer, just so i can add a new question or answer.
